The job of ELL Teacher (Summer Program) was established for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional process by serving as a teacher with specific responsibility for developing bilingual students' ability to effectively perform courses of study in the English language.

Functions

 

Designs and implements engaging, interactive lessons to develop academic language comprehension, production, and fluency to support ongoing language development during the summer.

Minimum requirements:

• PDE ESL Program Specialist certificate
• PDE certification in Elementary, Secondary English, Foreign Language or Reading Specialist
• Job related experience
