Monitors kitchen and cafeteria areas for the purpose of ensuring a safe and sanitary working environment.

Prepares food and beverage items for the purpose of meeting projected meal requirements.

Reports equipment malfunctions for the purpose of notifying supervisor of need for repair and/or replacement.

Transport lunches daily to local off-site location using company vehicle.

Transport food items several times per month to two additional off-site locations.

Run errands, as necessary, using company vehicle.

Receive, inspect for temperature and accuracy, and store food deliveries while adhering to FIFO practices.
